Scandinavian Airlines asked Francis for his recommendations for places to visit in Manchester, they included the venue and club Yes, where I took the portraits, the arts centre Home, Japanese restaurant Yuzu, the Whitworth Art Gallery and a personal favourite of mine, This & That where I was treated to a free lunch by the manager Mo. I think I deserved it after 20 years of patronage.
